The NYAA Board would like to welcome all visitors and returning players to our website. We are thrilled to announce some very exciting news about our football association for the upcoming 2012 season! Please continue to visit our website for updates.

In 2011, NYAA became one of the first two associations to have artificial turf installed. This was a huge step for the NYAA Board, our participants and the community. Our kids practice and play on the same artificial turf field as the Atlanta Falcons!

In 2012, NYAA will host a few "showcase events" at Cemetery Field including celebrity football camps, jamborees, post-season football tournaments, and joint events with Norcross High. Please register now and visit our website weekly for updates.

Norcross Youth Camp

Goals of this Camp

The main goal of this football camp is to teach

the basic fundamentals of football (throwing,

catching, running, tackling, and blocking) and

to promote sportsmanship and leadership.

You may register your child in the community school

office at Norcross High School or register by mail.

Registration for the 2012 Football Season has begun!

Thanks to everyone who braved the long lines to make our first registration a huge success. Our next registration will be May 12th at Norcross High School's Duke House. It is highly recommended that you avoid the long lines and register online. Bring a printout of your receipt, get fitted for your uniform on this date to guarantee proper fit and number.

April 1st through June 9th, registration will be $175 + $10 raffle. A late fee of $30 will apply after June 9th assuming availability.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

NYAA provides the following as part of your $175 registration fee:

Nike Game Jersey
Use of game pants (must be turned in at end of season)
Camp T-Shirt
Supplemental Insurance
Helmet decals
Participation Trophy.

Players are responsible for the following equipment:

Metallic Silver Helmet $70+
Shoulder Pads $40+
7 piece pad set $15
Football Cleats $40

July 19- Community physicals @ Cemetery Field

July 23- First Day of Practice (shorts, tshirts, cleats)

July 26- First practice in full pads (helmets, shoulder pads, practice pants)

Aug 3- Picture Day and Pep Rally @ Cemetery Field

Aug 4- Scrimmage Games @ Cemetery Field

Aug 11- Jamboree Games
